Source model and interpretation

The matrix identifies one or more Section 18 references in column B and one or more SRVs in column C. Where a row lists several references, this page uses the PDF section owner to select the reference for the current SRV. A single reference explicitly listed with several SRVs is treated as applying to each of those SRVs. 18.12a · Where it is not possible to retrieve all of the values from the target SMETS1 GSME then, in the SMETS1 Response, the values in TariffTOURegisterMatrixValue with indices 1 and 2 will be the values from the Device and the values with indices 3 and 4 will be 0 meaning that the values from the Device cannot be retrieved (with their MMC meanings).
