18.34a · Where the target SMETS1 ESME does not support Low Medium Power Threshold and Medium High Power Threshold (with their SMETS1 meanings) at a resolution greater than tens of Watts, the value in LowMediumPowerThreshold and MediumHighPowerThreshold (with their Message Mapping Catalogue meanings) shall have values equating to a whole number of 10s of Watts.
