If the Start of Time as per GBCS section 9.1.6, the Response shall contain all entries from the oldest in the log to 'toDateTime'. If not the Start of Time, the Response shall contain all entries between 'fromDateTime' and 'toDateTime' inclusive. In the Response, the Device shall return the Boost Function Event Log entries, for all entries where the timestamp of the end of the recorded Boost Period is (1) greater than or equal to the 'fromDateTime' in the Command and (2) less than or equal to the 'toDateTime' in the Command.
