18.31b · Where the target SMETS1 ESME only supports the setting of AverageRMSOverVoltageThreshold, AverageRMSUnderVoltageThreshold, RMSExtremeOverVoltageThreshold, RMSExtremeUnderVoltageThreshold, RMSVoltageSagThreshold and RMSVoltageSwellThreshold (with their DUIS Meanings) to a whole percentage of 230 volts, the S1SP shall return values for AverageRMSOverVoltageThreshold, AverageRMSUnderVoltageThreshold, RMSExtremeOverVoltageThreshold, RMSExtremeUnderVoltageThreshold, RMSVoltageSagThreshold and RMSVoltageSwellThreshold (with their MMC meanings) which are the values configured on the ESME rounded down to the nearest tenth of a volt.
